Opal ANZ Export Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Export Services Specialist to join our team at our site in Burnley (VIC) on an ongoing full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
  • Monitor production and adjust shipments in line with the production schedule
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export laws
  • Enter and process export orders accurately in SAP system, ensuring all details are correct for timely fulfillment
  • Prepare and submit all necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
  • Manage relationships with shipping lines, freight forwarders, banks and government agencies
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates on shipment status and resolve any issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize export processes and improve efficiency
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of export regulations and documentation requirements. Ideally, minimum 3 years of experience in export documentation
  • Experience in export Letter of Credit's
  • SAP or similar systems experience would be highly regarded
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
