Impact and ContributionAs an Account Manager, your primary focus will be driving sales for our products and services. You will be able to provide clients with exceptional service across all communication channels.
- Assist in driving sales by promoting and selling our products and services.
- Independently use strong sales skills to identify and generate client pipelines.
- Build and nurture relationships with new clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service across various communication channels to ensure client satisfaction.
- Respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries, and resolve issues effectively.
Work towards specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Expand knowledge about the markets, FX industry, and our platforms and products.
- Strive to achieve team and individual metrics, contributing to overall success.
- Minimum one year of experience in the Forex industry. Previous exposure to customer-focused environments would be advantageous.
- Comfortable making high outbound calls and engaging with diverse buyers.
- Strong ownership of responsibilities. Proactive in addressing challenges, displaying a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent overall communication abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin are highly preferred.
