Job Summary

The Equipment Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate and efficient inventory management across the site. Reporting to the Yard Manager, this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and relevant experience in inventory control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a safety-conscious environment by prioritizing employee and customer well-being.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to equipment inventory, providing guidance on proper handling and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Oversee and maintain precise records of all assets on the property, including equipment receipt, release, and reconciliation of past sales.
  • Efficiently track and organize inventory across all sale cycles and selling channels.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers via email, phone, and other communication tools.
  • Manage documentation accurately, including customs paperwork and internal systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to perform tasks on specific types of equipment, transportation assets, and industry-relevant assets.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
