Lead Student Growth and Development.

We are seeking a dedicated professional to contribute to the expansion of our Melbourne Campus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across both campuses to ensure seamless integration of student services, driving improved business outcomes and student experience.
  • Support students in navigating their program choices, career development, and study journey planning.
  • Respond to queries from senior management, marketing, and academic staff as required.
  • Liaise with finance regarding payments and changes.
  • Communicate with tertiary sector stakeholders and faculties about program transitions.

Requirements:

  • Proven understanding of the Australian Education system.
  • Strong IT literacy (word, excel, outlook).
  • Valid Victorian Working with Children Check.
  • Able to develop strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organisational, planning, and interpersonal skills.
