We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Electrical Tradesperson to join our dynamic team at the InfraBuild Reinforcing branch in Forrestfield, WA.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment as part of the State based Maintenance Program team, where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities- Ensuring a safe workplace, identifying and addressing risks appropriately and demonstrating positive safety behavior
- Executing maintenance activities according to the weekly work schedule and unscheduled work as required
- Executing preventative electrical maintenance inspections, machine installations & relocations, switch board upgrades, safety upgrades
- Assisting in the development and enhancing task-lists, work procedures and instructions
- An Electrical trade qualification
- Experience in fault-finding activities on complex, heavy industrial equipment
- Demonstrated experience of breakdown, repair and preventative maintenance inspections in a similar industry
- Proven history working on overhead cranes i.e. fault finding, breakdowns, repairs & maintenance
- Ability to work in a team environment that puts people and safety first
- Demonstrate the ability to read and interpret Electrical, mechanical and pneumatic and hydraulic drawings
- Demonstrate ability to contribute, influence and make informed technical decisions
- Forklift ticket & EWP ticket
- Post trade courses
- PLC control systems
- SAP or equivalent
- Safety Systems
- HMI and Scada
