Expert Barista Wanted

We are seeking an experienced barista to join our team. As a dynamic and fast-paced environment, this role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take their orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Prepare and serve coffee and espresso-based beverages according to established recipes and standards.
  • Operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Grind coffee beans to the appropriate coarseness for each order, ensuring freshness and flavour.
  • Steam and froth milk for use in various coffee beverages, achieving the desired consistency and temperature.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of coffee drinks by monitoring brewing time, water temperature, and ingredient proportions.
  • Present bills to guests, process payments accurately.
  • FOLLOW SAFETY AND HYGIENE PROTOCOLS, INCLUDING PROPER HANDLING OF FOOD AND BEVERAGES, AS WELL AS MAINTAINING A CLEAN AND SAFE WORK ENVIRONMENT.
