Occupational Therapist Graduate Program

This program offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and experience as an occupational therapist in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Your Role
  • You will participate in a 12-month graduate program with a gradual transition from studies to practice.
  • The program includes intensive graduate training for the first 12 weeks, covering topics such as the NDIS Allied Health Space.
  • You will provide occupational therapy services in clinic and community settings, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Weekly supervision with a dedicated supervisor will help you develop your clinical skills and address any challenges you face.
  • You will also have the opportunity to attend quarterly alignment days focused on learning and team culture.
  • Flexible work arrangements, including flexi-time and work-from-home options, will enable you to achieve a healthy work-life balance.
About You
  • To be successful in this role, you will need to have completed a Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • AHPRA registration or eligibility upon graduation is required.
  • You will also need to hold a valid Australian driver's licence and have access to a car.
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights are essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills, will enable you to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
