Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Lawyer to join our Financial Services team in Sydney. The successful candidate will have experience advising on superannuation and other financial services regulatory matters, including the SIS Act, APRA Prudential Standards, Chapter 7 of the Corporations Act, and the ASIC Act.

The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with our Partners and clients to provide innovative solutions to complex problems. They will also have excellent academic credentials, strong analytical and communication skills, and a desire to specialise in superannuation and financial services regulatory work.

Responsibilities
  • Advising clients on superannuation and other financial services regulatory matters;
  • Working closely with Partners and clients to provide innovative solutions to complex problems;
  • Providing high-quality legal advice and guidance;
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations;
Requirements
  • Experience advising on superannuation and other financial services regulatory matters;
  • Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical and communication skills;
  • Desire to specialise in superannuation and financial services regulatory work;
  • Ability to work closely with Partners and clients;
Salary

$180,000 - $250,000 per annum, depending on experience.
