Responsibilities:

  • Payment Operations:
    • Oversee payment processes, ensuring timely and secure receipt of both incoming and outgoing payments across multiple platforms.
    • Work with financial institutions and payment gateways to resolve any payment related issues.
    • Ensure all payment activities adhere to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Banking and Relationship Management:
    • Maintain and support relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
    • Liaise with banks to optimise cash positions, credit lines, and banking services.
    • Negotiate banking terms and fees to enhance financial efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in treasury, financial management, or a related role, with exposure to cash flow forecasting and APRA requirements being advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, risk management, and investment strategies.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and risk management.
  • Proven skills in influencing across cross functional teams.
  • Experience in Banking or Financial Services is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Adaptability to changing financial conditions, regulations, and organisational needs.
