About this role
We're seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Sales Representative to drive listings and selling opportunities in our North West Coast region.
With flexibility to work from either our Devonport or Burnie office, you will build client relationships and expand our real estate business through proactive marketing strategies.
Your industry experience within the local area will assist you in maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs.
As part of our team, you will be supported to learn and grow your career.
- Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current & future needs
- Contribute to Branch business development programs
- Achieve targets for sales, listings, appraisals and vendor-paid advertising
- Ensure personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirements
- Work with the team to explore new innovative opportunities
- Maximise promotional opportunities, including attending field days and community events
To succeed, you have;
- Current Real Estate Licence and valid driver's licence (essential)
- Sound understanding of the North West Coast property market and surrounding region
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
