Job Opportunity

We seek a strategic Safety & Wellbeing Manager to shape our proactive safety culture across the university community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver health, safety, and wellbeing strategies and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety legislation and internal standards.
  • Oversee incident investigations, risk assessments, and internal audits.
  • Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing through campaigns, training, and engagement.
  • Manage wellbeing programs addressing mental, emotional, and social health.
  • Provide high-level reporting and strategic advice to senior leadership.
  • Lead and develop a small team of safety professionals.

You are a collaborative leader with a strong background in workplace health and safety, risk management, and wellbeing.
