In-Home Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide in-home support to older community members, enabling them to maintain their independence and wellbeing.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day and is passionate about delivering exceptional care services.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be providing personal care and domestic assistance to our clients, including:
- General Housekeeping: Cleaning, mopping and vacuuming floors, as well as making beds and maintaining a clean living environment.
- Personal Care: Assisting with washing, folding and ironing laundry, and preparing meals.
- Transportation: Providing transport to lifestyle activities and assisting with social support.
You will also have the opportunity to work closely with families and carers, supporting them in their caring roles and helping them to have breaks or pursue other interests.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- An interest in community care or aged care (experience preferred but not essential).
