About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Branch Concierge at the Bentleigh Branch of Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

As the public face of our bank, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless banking experience to our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and building personal connections with our customers to enhance their experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet each customer and clearly understand their enquiry, guiding them to the appropriate channel
  • Build personal connections with customers through meaningful conversations to enhance their experience
  • Provide options for customers through education and demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options
  • Be aware of movements within the branch, ensuring it's running effectively and efficiently and that customers are satisfied with their experience

  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, ideally in financial services, retail, or hospitality
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain an approachable and professional demeanor
  • The ability to manage customer expectations with a professional presence
