Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to join our reverse logistics team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in managing returned goods and supporting warehouse operations.

  • Manage the receipt, inspection, and processing of returned and damaged goods.
  • Accurately track and document returned stock movements.
  • Identify opportunities for recycling or repurposing items.
  • Assess goods for defects, refurbishment, or disposal.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to streamline processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock movements and resolutions.
  • Provide suggestions for improving efficiency and recovery.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, transport teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support general warehouse tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Experience in warehouse operations, preferably in reverse logistics.
  • Strong attention to detail for assessing and processing returned stock.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
  • Understanding of inventory management and stock documentation.
  • Physical fitness for manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving stock.
  • Experience with furniture handling is an advantage.
  • Holding a valid forklift license is preferred.
