About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team in Greater Western Sydney. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work with individuals of all ages and abilities to develop and implement personalized therapy plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans to address communication and swallowing disorders
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support to our participants
  • Deliver high-quality therapy services in a variety of settings, including community-based and online environments
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with best practices and research in the field

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent
  • Current registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
  • Experience working with individuals with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
