As a key member of our team, we are seeking an experienced Marketing and Community Manager to join our dynamic game development studio in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, building and maintaining relationships with our community, and driving marketing efforts to grow our player base.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote our games and increase brand awareness.
  • Create high-quality content for social media platforms, including text-based posts, images, and videos.
  • Moderate and engage with the player community on Discord, responding to comments and questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with developers and production teams to gather content and updates, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
  • Analyze analytics data to inform marketing decisions and optimize content performance.
  • Plan and execute events, such as live streams and webinars, to foster community engagement and build brand loyalty.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in digital marketing and community management, preferably within the gaming industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully growing online communities and increasing brand awareness.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media scheduling software and analytics platforms.
