About the Role

Baptcare Careers is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our team at The Orchards Community in Doncaster East, Victoria. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our clients, working collaboratively with Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Care: Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the highest level of care is delivered to our clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Medication Management: Ensure medications are safely stored and delivered according to procedure, maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Client Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and dignity when handling client information.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Completed Diploma in Nursing and current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Experience: Experience working within the Aged Care Sector or with elderly people.
  • Skills: Ability to meet and perform the inherent requirements of the role, including physical demands.
