About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team based in Picton. As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in managing customer enquiries, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team. This exciting opportunity offers hands-on experience and the chance to grow within the company as your skills and confidence develop.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inbound enquiries, qualifying potential leads, and nurturing client relationships.
  • Conducting outbound calls to qualify leads, generate opportunities, and prepare quotes.
  • Maintaining and updating client information in our CRM system.
  • Cross-training in order processing, meeting daily deadlines.
  • Actively participating in daily Sales WIP meetings and following up on quotes for the team pipeline.
  • Facilitating and processing sample requests, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Collaborating with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related roles (1–2 years preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
