- Develop and implement innovative research strategies
- Collaborate with teams across time zones and priorities
- Enhance researcher experience through design thinking and program development
- Maintain strong communication and coaching skills

- Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional programs
- Strong ability to work effectively across teams and time zones
- Familiarity with research tooling and a curious mindset
