We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in a permanent part-time position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient completion of administrative tasks, providing support to the branch team and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
The role involves a range of duties including general administration, customer service, data entry and management of records.
Main Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties such as reception, phone answering and email management.
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries.
- Data entry and management of records, including purchase orders and invoices.
- Assisting with the preparation and timely closure of workorders.
- Managing warranty administration and WHS system records.
- Compiling information required for internal and external audits.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel.
- High level of enthusiasm, motivation and preparedness to go the extra mile.
- Sound administration and database management experience.
- Safety conscious and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
