This role presents a unique opportunity for a skilled Centre Manager to become part of our expanding Real Estate Management Services division. Our focus is on enhancing the performance of client assets through a cohesive approach that integrates leasing, marketing, centre management, and facilities management into a single point of contact.
As a pivotal member of our team, you will be stationed in various bustling shopping centres and will report directly to an experienced National Director. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently oversee and optimize the performance of the assets. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the asset is presented and maintained to the highest standards at all times.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with landlords and retailers to facilitate effective collaboration.
- Contributing to the leasing efforts of the Centre by leveraging local market connections, identifying potential new retailers, and supporting the leasing team in achieving optimal occupancy levels.
- Preparing all necessary contracts, reports, budgets, reconciliations, and other documentation.
- Assisting in the development and execution of the strategic and marketing plans for the division.
- Maintaining regular communication with property owners and tenants, providing timely and professional advice on all management aspects.
The ideal candidate will possess a valid Real Estate License and have demonstrated experience in Retail or Centre Management. You should exhibit strong financial acumen and a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation. Your ability to prioritize tasks effectively will be crucial in meeting business objectives. This role is highly visible to senior leadership, so excellent communication skills and the ability to foster positive working relationships are essential. A collaborative mindset is also vital in our team-oriented environment.
