Job Summary

This role provides technical pre and post-contract support to secured data centre projects and general MEP support to the wider Sydney team. The successful candidate will ensure we can deliver services to clients and have the capacity to tender future DC projects and support growth within our sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to senior cost managers across all project aspects, including cost estimates, quantity take-off, value engineering, tendering, progress claims, variation assessments, and final account close-out.
  • Estimate and cost plan, producing and presenting the final cost plan report.
  • Measure building elements for cost planning.
  • Engage with the market to obtain quotations/pricing for cost estimates.
  • Assess progress claims and variations, and perform valuations.

Requirements

  • Quantity Surveying or related degree.
  • 1-3 years postgraduate experience.
  • AIQS or RICS membership or currently on the pathway to membership.
  • Experience in CostX is preferred.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment as part of a committed team.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
