We are seeking skilled mental health professionals to support individuals with mental health conditions and disabilities in Melbourne's South East.

Job Overview:

This role involves assisting clients with daily living tasks, engaging them in community activities and facilitating their access to necessary resources. As a mental health support worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with personal care, hygiene and daily living tasks
  • Engaging with clients and facilitating their participation in community activities

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III (or higher) in Disability and/or Mental Health
  • A National/International Police Check
  • A Working With Children Check
  • An NDIS Screening Check
  • Infection Control Training
  • A Vaccination record against Covid-19
  • A First Aid Certificate (including resuscitation)
  • A Valid Driver's License and access to an insured vehicle
  • Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination status including booster
  • An Introduction to the NDIS training module certificate
Requirements:
  • First Aid Certification
  • A Working with Children Check (preferred)
  • A National Police Certificate
  • A Driver Licence

This is a permanent or casual position with various shifts available. You must be able to commute or relocate to Dandenong, VIC. Please note that this is an in-person role, requiring regular attendance at a work location in Melbourne.
