We are seeking an experienced Internal Operations Analyst to join our team at Black Nova Group. As an Internal Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our portfolio companies.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including process improvement, reporting, portfolio administration, investor relations, sales and marketing operations, communications and events, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process Improvement: Analyze our internal operations and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Reporting: Develop and manage reports to track key performance indicators.
  3. Portfolio Administration: Provide administrative support to key stakeholders (Partners, Founders, Venture Partners).
  4. Investor Relations: Coordinate with the Partners to provide a consistent cadence with our investor community.
  5. Sales & Marketing Operations: Assist with executing against our marketing and sales initiatives.
  6. Communications & Events: Plan and coordinate events and communications with our community.
  7. Administrative tasks: Manage daily administrative tasks, including managing signatures, paying invoices, and receipt/expense management.
