Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Liquor Team Member. As a Liquor Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a safe and clean store environment, and assisting with sales and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and making product recommendations.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment by adhering to health and safety standards and completing tasks as assigned.
- Assist with sales and inventory management by processing transactions, receiving stock, and rotating merchandise.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
