Customer Support Specialist II

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist II to join our team at Nordson Corporation.
In this role, you will work directly with customers to resolve technical issues related to our products, providing support and guidance through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person visits.
Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and repairing equipment, determining when upgrades or replacements are necessary, and providing comprehensive training to customers on the use and maintenance of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responds promptly to customer inquiries and concerns regarding product performance and functionality.
- Investigates and resolves complex technical issues related to product usage and installation.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Promotes company products and services to customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintains accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
