Senior Events Chef Job Description

Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional culinary experiences and overseeing the accurate and consistent preparation and presentation of all dishes.

The Role

This position involves final preparation and plating of dishes for functions and events based on site at various locations around Sydney CBD.

You will work closely with the Executive Chef and manage a team of junior chefs.

About You
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • 4 years"+ experience in a 5-star hotel, large-scale restaurant or catering company
  • Passionate about producing quality dishes
  • Driven to achieve the highest standards in an efficient manner
  • Strong time management and planning skills
  • Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of chefs
