Officeworks is seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to customers on our range of products and services.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will work closely with the team to ensure great customer service is always delivered. You will provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers, operate as a proud brand ambassador, and contribute to a positive store environment.
This role requires flexibility across a range of operating hours on weekdays and weekends, with opportunities to work across various locations and progress your career within the company.
