Responsibilities:

* Lead a maintenance team of specialists within a manufacturing plant (approximately 300+ workers operating machinery across Day, Afternoon and Night Shifts)
* Budget, KPI and daily reporting responsibilities
* Cost and inventory control (spare parts, shutdowns, job targets, housekeeping)
* Plan and review of maintenance schedules
* Quality audits and adhering to standard operating procedures
* Drive a zero harm safety culture
* Meetings, on the job coaching and performance reviews

Requirements:

* Tertiary or Trade Qualifications within the Engineering or related fields
* Large factory manufacturing experience (highly desirable)
* Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership role
* Excellent communication and written skills
* Intermediate computer literacy skills - MS Office Suite and CRM System
* Outstanding time management, planning and record keeping skills
