Job Overview

A casual educator is required for a role that contributes to the education program and centre team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members by adhering to National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies.
  • Build strong relationships with children and families through active communication and empathy.
  • Support continuous improvement and reflective practice within the team.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Hold an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification.
  • Obtain a current Western Australia Working with Children Check.
  • Be available between Monday and Friday, 6:30am – 6:00pm, and willing to travel between local services.
