Cleaning Services Supervisor Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to oversee the daily operation of our cleaning team, providing award-winning customer service.

As the Cleaning Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a cleaning team, developing and maintaining excellent customer relations, meeting and exceeding contract cleaning requirements, understanding and adhering to Occupational Health Safety and Environmental policies and procedures, and responding to general cleaning, periodical, preventative and emergency incidents or queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a cleaning team
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Meet and exceed contract expectations
  • Understand and adhere to OHSE policies and procedures
  • Respond to cleaning incidents or queries

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in retail/commercial cleaning
  • Prior experience managing a team
  • Strong understanding of hard floor cleaning practices and related machinery
  • Knowledge of cleaning practices, including infection control
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to provide direction and instruction to team members
  • Ability to multi-task, be flexible and work under pressure
  • Consistent attention to detail
  • Availability to work weekends
