About the Role

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Global Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our Workplace Team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional front-of-house operations, managing events, and ensuring our workspace is always presentable for day-to-day business.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating meaningful experiences and has a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with our teams to 'Make it Happen' by connecting people with the right solutions, organizing event logistics, and providing audio-visual support for internal meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet clients, setting a positive impression and building strong relationships.
  • Connect people with the right solutions using AECOM's core values to drive success.
  • Organize and coordinate event logistics, including catering, equipment, and venue setup.
  • Provide expert audio-visual support for client and colleague meetings.
  • Manage contracts, including kitchen supplies, stationery, and contractor deliveries.
  • Oversee security access systems, ensuring staff and contractor access passes are up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with the Workplace Team on future office refits and sustainability initiatives.
  • Ensure the space remains tidy and address any maintenance issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in administration or concierge roles, preferably in hospitality management.
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Teams and other AV systems to facilitate seamless meetings.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong relationship-building abilities.
  • A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and a willingness to learn new technologies.
