The Enterprise Data Support Expert plays a pivotal role in ensuring the stability, efficiency, and scalability of enterprise data platforms. This position requires an individual who can provide expert-level support for innovative cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer high-level technical support across various data platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL and ETL code to meet business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues within AWS and Snowflake environments.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver reliable data solutions that meet business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in AWS (Glue, S3, Lambda, RDS, EC2) services.
  • Experience in Snowflake or Teradata data warehousing solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL programming languages.
  • Familiarity with Control-M (or similar) job scheduling software.
  • Operational support experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud automation tools like CloudFormation or Terraform.
  • Understanding of ETL tools such as DBT, Talend, or Informatica.
  • Familiarity with SAS data management systems.
