Job Summary
This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Water Infrastructure Design Manager to join our team in Brisbane. You will lead a team of engineers and designers to deliver complex water infrastructure projects across Australia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, excellent technical skills, and strong leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of engineers and designers to deliver complex water infrastructure projects from concept to completion.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain client relationships and communicate effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, including technical, commercial, and environmental risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure Aurecon remains competitive and innovative.
- Chartered status with Engineers Australia or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale water infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
We offer a highly competitive salary package of $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide:
