Job Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Water Infrastructure Design Manager to join our team in Brisbane. You will lead a team of engineers and designers to deliver complex water infrastructure projects across Australia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, excellent technical skills, and strong leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of engineers and designers to deliver complex water infrastructure projects from concept to completion.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Maintain client relationships and communicate effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
  4. Manage and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, including technical, commercial, and environmental risks.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure Aurecon remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • Chartered status with Engineers Australia or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale water infrastructure projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
