About the Role

The Senior Therapeutic Specialist represents our products and services to a defined customer base within NSW North.

You will play an integral role in meeting with Health Care Professionals in their place of work, promoting the appropriate use of our products to healthcare professionals.

You will adopt an omni-channel approach and leverage data sources to build comprehensive and insight-driven account plans.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Achieve and grow ongoing sales targets in assigned territory.
  • Promote the appropriate use of our products to healthcare professionals.
  • Develop, adapt, and grow business plans for your territory and communicate required actions to achieve goals.
  • Develop in-depth market interpretation of sales analysis data.
  • Apply strong emotional intelligence with a patient-centric approach when problem-solving.
  • Work collaboratively cross-functionally to achieve company goals.
  • Network with thought leaders and complete necessary administrative tasks in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for achieving competency levels required in the role.
  • Comply with regulatory agencies and applicable laws.
What You Will Bring to the Role

You will be a driven collaborator with a deep motivation to achieve and an innate curiosity.

  • Extensive relevant selling experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (7+ years).
  • Experience in key account management (5+ years).
  • Serves as technical expert of assigned product, therapeutic classes, and patient needs to educate/influence key physicians.
  • Strong existing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Professional Advisory Groups within their territory.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization ability to manage multiple projects/activities at any given time.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
