A reputable law firm is seeking a seasoned Senior Wills and Estates Litigator to join their close-knit team in a senior capacity.

This role offers a high level of autonomy, genuine flexibility, and the opportunity to work alongside respected leaders in the field. You'll be supported by experienced lawyers, paralegals, and admin staff while running your own matters and having direct access to a loyal and diverse client base.

The Opportunity

Senior Associates/Special Counsels with at least 5-10 years' experience in estates litigation are encouraged to apply for this position. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in incapacity, administration, guardianship, VCAT, estate litigation, and trust litigation.

You'll be trusted to run your own matters but also supported closely by experienced senior colleagues in a genuinely collaborative and caring environment.

You Will:

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in Wills & Estates litigation
  • Bring empathy, integrity, and professionalism to every client interaction
  • Communicate clearly and manage sensitive matters with maturity
  • Be highly organised and efficient with a strong attention to detail
