We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our agribusiness portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is customer-centric and shares a passion for innovation and business growth.

About the Role

This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of grain, cattle, dairy, and cotton producers, among others. Your clients will typically have significant credit facilities, and they are generally large multi-generational family-owned businesses with operations in Queensland.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a significant and diverse portfolio consisting of multiple producers across various industries.
  2. Nurture and build strong client relationships across regional Queensland.
  3. Be responsible for financial well-being of clients, ensuring they meet their business goals.
  4. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and market conditions to provide expert advice to clients.

About you:

  • You must be a seasoned executive with extensive experience in agribusiness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
