Your Role
This position forms part of the leadership team and reports directly to the Finance Business Partner Manager. You will lead the Finance Business Partners and be responsible for managing the performance and delivery outcomes of the team, ensuring sustained employee engagement.
Your Key Focus Areas
- Lead the Accommodation Services Finance Business Partners to achieve financial performance targets.
- Drive collaborative practices across the function and outside of the function with business stakeholders to support the achievement of business outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure service delivery quality and responsiveness meets business needs and customer requirements are being met or exceeded.
- Promote and role model organisational change, equipping team members to understand and adapt to change.
Requirements
- Demonstrated prior experience in leadership and team management.
- Communicates and collaborates with influence.
- A strategic thinker who can work collaboratively with other leaders to align the organisation's overall strategy.
