**Site Supervisor Role Overview:**

Lendlease is seeking a seasoned site supervisor to lead the delivery of a major construction project in Townsville. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, and developing and managing short-term programs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure timely completion of projects;
  • Develop and manage short-term programs to achieve project goals and objectives;
  • Monitor project costs and oversee quality assurance and environmental health and safety requirements;

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • At least 5 years' experience in a supervisory or site management role on large-scale building projects;
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills;
  • Ability to coordinate and organize teams effectively;
