Job Description:

As an Educator, you will be part of a professional and thoughtful team dedicated to providing high-quality care for children. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement engaging early learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our young learners.

The role requires collaboration with fellow Educators, Centre Managers, and families to ensure seamless communication and a positive centre environment. You will have opportunities to participate in professional development programs, career pathways, and a collaborative learning environment that fosters growth and innovation.

Requirements:
  • A completed or working towards Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent).
  • Prior experience in long day-care is highly desirable.
  • Sound, practical knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • A current Working with Children/Children's Check (for NSW state).
