Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate with Symmetry Human Resources Group Pty Ltd, you will be working in a fast-paced environment where efficiency and productivity are key. The role involves picking, packing, and preparing food products in a clean and modern facility.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar industry or role, possess good communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a strong understanding of OH&S, GMP, and HACCP protocols. Additionally, they should have their own vehicle, drivers license, and comfortable safety footwear.

This is a day shift position with ongoing work available from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, and Friday, 5:00 am - 3:00 pm. Pay rate for this position is $33.00 per hour, with opportunities for long-term employment and benefits such as gym access, product discounts, and health insurance upon successful performance.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include operating high-reach forklifts to pick and store stock efficiently, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will also be responsible for replenishing inventory and ensuring accurate tracking and labeling procedures are followed.

To succeed in this position, candidates should be able to work independently and as part of a team, possessing excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. They should also have a basic understanding of computer software and systems used in the warehouse environment.
