Role Overview

This role involves working as a Storeperson in our Port Hedland team, responsible for general warehousing duties, loading/unloading trucks, moving parts with a forklift, picking/packing, and dispatching customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading/Unloading Trucks: Ensuring that goods are safely loaded/unloaded onto/from trucks.
  • Moving Parts with a Forklift: Transferring heavy equipment and materials within the warehouse.
  • Picking/Packing: Selecting and packaging items for dispatch to customers.
  • Dispatching Customer Orders: Ensuring that customer orders are accurately processed and dispatched.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • High Risk Work Licence – Forklift: A current fork lift licence is essential for this role.
  • Warehouse Experience: Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is highly desirable.
  • High Level of Numeracy Skills: Accurate counting and record keeping are essential for this role.
  • Hose Building and Reman Inspection: Whilst not essential, previous experience in hose building and reman inspection would be beneficial.
