Job Title: Proficiency Trainer - Coal Mining Expert

We are seeking an experienced Proficiency Trainer to join our team at Curragh Mine. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for training and assessing our personnel in coal mining operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for coal mining operations
  • Assess and evaluate the skills and knowledge of our personnel
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Trainer Assessor role
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in coal mining
  • Certificate IV Trainer Assessor (TAE 40116)
  • Experience operating Komatsu PC 7000 and Liebherr 9600 (or equivalent)
  • Valid Australian Driver Licence
