About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a reputable Aged Care facility in Sydney. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest level of care
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA Nursing Registration
  • 5 years experience as an RN in Aged Care in Australia
  • Full Australian working rights required
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
