Asset Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing assets across various facets, ensuring strict compliance and governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure strict compliance and governance.
  • Develop and implement Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) plans.
  • Regularly review maintenance activities and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct thorough asset register reviews to optimize asset utilization.
  • Provide comprehensive asset management reporting.
  • Closure of non-compliant items is essential.
  • Variation management, including assets, PPM, and locations, requires attention to detail.
  • Enhance asset performance and risk management through continuous monitoring.
  • Design and conduct audit programs to collect accurate asset data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong foundation in Asset Management Plans and Life Cycle Planning.
  • Trade or tertiary qualification in Asset Management, Building, Construction, Engineering, or relevant field is ideal.
  • Experience working in Facilities Management, Building Services, or M&E Maintenance industry, supporting commercial clients in Education, Defence, Health, Resorts, Camp, or Government premises is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ISO55001 is beneficial.
  • Professional and engaging communication skills, along with high-level customer service approach, are necessary.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
  • CMMS experience is an asset.
