Casual Physiotherapy Opportunity

• Deliver evidence-based assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for musculoskeletal injuries in ADF members
• Work closely with doctors, nurses, PTIs and allied health professionals in a collaborative team
• Focus on injury prevention, performance, return-to-duty and long-term wellbeing – not just pain management
• Use your clinical judgement to manage a diverse caseload across outpatient, rehab and gym-based settings
• Conduct group therapy, hydrotherapy and equipment-assisted programs
• Keep detailed, compliant clinical records and participate in continuous quality improvement and audits
• Stay at the cutting edge through CPD, innovation and a strong clinical governance framework

• AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist (Unrestricted)
• Minimum 2 years of recent post-grad experience in musculoskeletal or rehabilitation physiotherapy
• Current CPR Certificate (HLTAID009)
• Ongoing CPD participation aligned with AHPRA standards
• APA Membership (highly regarded)
• Australian Citizenship (required for Defence clearance)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance

Located on Wagga Wagga Barracks in Forest Hill, South-East of Wagga Wagga. Services provided include primary medical, nursing, dental, mental health, pharmaceutical and physiotherapy.

Health Centre staff may be required to work across Wagga & Kapooka. Standard hours of operation are generally 0700-1600 Monday to Friday
