Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Rooty Hill RSL. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries and feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with our kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our guests and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
