Job Overview

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our organization as Test Engineers.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in data center environments and extensive experience in performance and load testing for software components, subsystems, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Synthesize customer requirements into test solutions, balancing technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
  • Review and evaluate the testability of requirements.
  • Develop and execute test plans, cases, and procedures for various testing stages.
  • Analyze test results, manage defects, and prepare detailed test reports.
  • Collaborate with teams to solve problems and ensure successful outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in data center environments.
  • Extensive background in performance and load testing for software components, subsystems, and systems.
  • Expertise in test requirements management, traceability, and documentation using test management tools.
  • Familiar with Systems Engineering Practices and V&V, performance, and resilience testing.
  • Experience with Test Automation in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Australian citizenship and TSPV/TSPA security clearance.
