Academic Leadership Opportunity

This role offers the chance to lead academic quality, regulatory compliance, and strategic development across a diverse program portfolio.

The successful candidate will drive initiatives to enhance teaching practice, program design, and continuous improvement. They will oversee governance frameworks, policy implementation, and risk mitigation processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and institute priorities.

Key responsibilities include leading the development and delivery of high-quality vocational and higher education programs, overseeing governance and quality assurance frameworks, and managing accreditation processes. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of VET and higher education compliance, as well as proven experience in academic leadership.

As a member of a high-performing leadership team, you will contribute to advancing academic excellence, innovation, and student outcomes. You will work closely with the Dean to achieve faculty-wide goals and objectives.

About You

Our ideal candidate has a relevant degree or postgraduate qualification in health, community services, or a related field. They have a doctorate or PhD and an adult VET qualification. Strong stakeholder engagement skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively across industry, academic, and regulatory bodies.

The successful candidate will be an expert in curriculum design and program development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality educational outcomes.
