About this opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Dairy and Freezer Department Leader at our Emu Park store in Central Queensland.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, and completing stock takes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a small team of dairy and freezer department staff
  • Develop and implement effective rostering and scheduling systems
  • Generate and manage orders for dairy and freezer products
  • Conduct regular stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with other department managers to achieve store goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a dairy and freezer department leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to supervise and motivate a team of staff
